Home Made Chocolate Ice Cream


Bought the whipped cream and full cream milk teacher recommended
I did a twist in soya choc ice cream recipes, instead of soya milk i used egg yolk again for stabliser
6 portion of 170ml ice cream, so i used 300ml of milk and 300ml of whipped cream
Use less sugar compare to the green tea because i used milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate, yolk wise, since this is 6 portion, so 6 yolk
Melt the whole bar of 200g chocolate in the microwave
Didnt get baking dark chocolate, cant get it in NTUC, so i got Van Houten almond chocolate instead
Stir melt chocolate and 3 tea spoon of choco powder with the custard
Continue stirring until mixture turn super smooth, no clutter, sieve the mixture if you want to...
Even better, no icy touch, very smooth, very thick, very sinful!! :)
It didn't harden in the fridge as my previous green tea experience, this is so good!
